This is the privacy policy for Sites by Nicco (“we,” “us” — really just Nicco Nicoletti, based in Spring Hill, TN), covering sitesbynicco.com and the websites we build and host for our clients. Short version: we collect only what we need to do the work, we don't sell your information, and we're happy to answer questions about any of it.
If you're a client (or thinking about becoming one): your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the content you give us to put on your website (photos, text, hours, and so on). If you pay us, your payment details are collected and processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
If you visit sitesbynicco.com: basic technical information like browser type and pages visited, if we have analytics enabled. Nothing exotic.
If you fill out a contact form on a website we host: the information you type (usually name, email or phone, and your message) goes to the business that owns that website. We host the form; the business receives your message.
To do the work you hired us for: building and hosting websites, responding to messages, sending invoices, and making updates you ask for. We may also email you about your own account or service — things like renewal reminders or a heads-up about maintenance. No spam, no cold marketing lists.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Each of these has its own privacy policy and security practices. Beyond that, we'd only disclose information if the law required it.
Websites we build use HTTPS encryption. Payments run through Stripe's PCI-compliant systems. Business records live in secured accounts with two-factor authentication. We're a small operation, which honestly helps — your information isn't floating around a big company's database; it's with the person you hired.
You can ask us at any time to see what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it (we may need to keep basic records of payments for tax and legal reasons). Just email us — no forms, no hoops.
sitesbynicco.com may use basic cookies for analytics. Websites we build for clients generally use only what's needed for the site to function, unless the client asks for more (like a booking tool), in which case that tool's privacy policy applies too.
Our services are for businesses, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted at sitesbynicco.com/privacy with the date at the top.
