Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Thanks for doing business with Sites by Nicco (“we,” “us” — really just Nicco Nicoletti, based in Spring Hill, TN). These terms keep things clear and fair for both of us. Plain English, no traps.

1. What we offer

2. Payment

Payments are handled securely through Stripe. Website Only builds are due before file handoff. The Website Plan bills automatically on the same day each month, starting before your site goes live. If a payment fails, we'll give you a friendly heads-up and retry; if it stays unpaid for 30 days, we may take the site offline until it's sorted out.

3. Cancelling the Website Plan

The Website Plan is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Cancel anytime by contacting us, and your plan ends at the close of the current billing period (no partial-month refunds, no cancellation fees). To keep things personal, cancellations go through us directly rather than a self-serve button: email nicco@sitesbynicco.com or text us, and we'll take care of it same day.

When the plan ends, the website comes offline. Two things to know:

  1. Want to keep the site? You can buy the site files for a flat $350 at any time — before or when you cancel — and the website is yours to take wherever you like.
  2. Your domain goes with you either way. If we registered your domain as part of the plan, we'll transfer it to you at no charge when you cancel. It's your business's name — we don't hold it hostage.

4. Who owns what

5. What we promise (and what we can't)

We work hard to keep your site fast, secure, and online, and we'll fix any problem on our end promptly and at no charge. That said, no one can guarantee 100% uptime — hosting providers, domain registrars, and the internet itself occasionally hiccup. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We don't guarantee specific business results (like search rankings, traffic, or sales) — we build you a great site, and we'll always be honest about what a website can and can't do.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, to have the rights to any content you give us to publish (photos, logos, text), and to use the website for lawful purposes. If content you supply causes a legal problem (for example, a copyrighted photo you didn't have rights to), that responsibility is yours.

7. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version at sitesbynicco.com/terms and note the date at the top. Changes won't reduce what you've already paid for.

8. The legal footer

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. If we ever have a disagreement, we'll talk like neighbors first — and any formal dispute will be handled in the courts of Maury or Williamson County, TN.
