Thanks for doing business with Sites by Nicco (“we,” “us” — really just Nicco Nicoletti, based in Spring Hill, TN). These terms keep things clear and fair for both of us. Plain English, no traps.
Payments are handled securely through Stripe. One-time builds are due before the site goes live. Monthly plans bill automatically on the same day each month. If a payment fails, we'll give you a friendly heads-up and retry; if it stays unpaid for 30 days, we may take the site offline until it's sorted out.
Because the All-in Plan includes a full website build with no upfront cost, it comes with a 12-month minimum commitment. After 12 monthly payments, the plan simply continues month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
If you need to cancel before the 12 months are up, you can either:
Hosted and Cared-for plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime by contacting us, and your plan ends at the close of the current billing period (no partial-month refunds, no cancellation fees). To keep things personal, cancellations go through us directly rather than a self-serve button: email nicco@sitesbynicco.com or text us, and we'll take care of it same day.
If you cancel hosting, we'll give you your site files so you can take your website wherever you like.
We work hard to keep your site fast, secure, and online, and we'll fix any problem on our end promptly and at no charge. That said, no one can guarantee 100% uptime — hosting providers, domain registrars, and the internet itself occasionally hiccup. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We don't guarantee specific business results (like search rankings, traffic, or sales) — we build you a great site, and we'll always be honest about what a website can and can't do.
You agree to provide accurate business information, to have the rights to any content you give us to publish (photos, logos, text), and to use the website for lawful purposes. If content you supply causes a legal problem (for example, a copyrighted photo you didn't have rights to), that responsibility is yours.
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version at sitesbynicco.com/terms and note the date at the top. Changes won't reduce what you've already paid for.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. If we ever have a disagreement, we'll talk like neighbors first — and any formal dispute will be handled in the courts of Maury or Williamson County, TN.
